Our next bit to practise is kicking! We need to make sure that when our little ones are kicking, they are kicking correctly. An inappropriate bend of the knee can make a good swimming forward kick into a kick that makes you travel backwards in the pool! Most frustrating for our little ones. It's also not fun being the one in the pool that tires their hardest kicking and ends up going nowhere!
